We take pride in what we do and what we create. That’s why we stand behind our products 100% and offer a 1 year product warranty on our products from the date they were originally purchased.​

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • As a supplier of products in the promotional product industry, Origaudio’s warranty does not cover refunds. However, if your item is defective or experiencing technical issues, we will replace your product.

  • Before you return your items, take another look at the instruction manual or shoot us an email here and we’ll see if we can resolve your issue. If we receive a product deemed to be in full working order after testing, we will send it back.

  • If items were purchased through a retailer, returns must be issued from that particular retailer.
  • Please note: If you are returning any devices that have found themselves in your ears…please return them in a plastic bag. We’d rather not get to know you that well.

Fine Print:

  • We cannot guarantee the imprint will be the same as your current product
  • If the product physically breaks, the return opportunity is void.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

Completely fill out the return authorization form or returns will not be processed.

Return shipping fees are the sender’s responsibility. Origaudio will cover any fees involved in shipping the replacement back to you.
